“C.Esp”

by Highroad No. 28

Australia’s Highroad No. 28 delivers a stellar new single that reawakens the magic of the 90s, reminding us of an era when music wasn’t made with cookie-cutter mentality. It’s a strong offering: melodic, poetic, adventurous and bold.

While the track features frontman Andrew JC on everything, it sounds like a band effort. The vocals are fantastic and the arrangement’s exciting. It’s a record full of ear candy and compelling hooks. Only mentioning this because being your own band isn't really all that easy. Instead of four or five minds to draw from you only have one. But I guess one's enough when you know what you are doing.

“C.Esp” has talent and the kind of professionalism that comes from decades of dedication to music written all over it. Whoever is into the 90s or just loves quality pop-rock should check out “C.Esp”. It’s really very, very good. And while you are at it, give Andrew's new album “The Will To Endure” a spin as well. It’s pretty damn good, too.
